Most of the trails are excellent, fun and some challenging. Stay off Rocky Pond Trail - the MDC map will show it is a biking trail but it is more for hiking and a very long loop. There are some spots where you will have to hike it and alot of down trees. But over all its a great ride.
From Rt. 2 East: Take Exit 28 to Rt. 31 South, Travel 1.3 miles to office building entrance on left, Travel another .07 of a mile to park entrance on left.
